We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your gear to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping info.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — we won’t accept unapproved returns.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll sort it fast.
Items We Can’t Take Back
We do not accept returns on:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, Knuckl will cover the return shipping.

The fastest method: return your item, and once approved, place a new order.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If you’re ordering from the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without needing a reason.
Items must be unworn, with tags, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
